Use these to your advantage. Yes the Forex trading is ongoing 24 hours a day however that does not mean that you should try to trade 24 hours a day.

Asia 0:00 - 08:00

Europe 08:00 - 17:00

America 13:00 - 22:00

Oceania 20:00 - 04:00

The overlapping times are really volatile. So be aware of key trading times.
